We offer an exclusively mobile service, either completing sessions in the comfort of your own home, or in a community gym if further rehabilitation is required.
All billing is done through your works insurance provider so, as a client, you never pay anything out of pocket.
As we believe early intervention is vital in helping manage musculoskeletal conditions, even if the claim paperwork has only just been lodged through your employer or a claim decision is pending we will see you for up to 2 sessions where, if the claim is rejected, we will write off the cost of the sessions.
What to expect
We understand that suffering a workplace injury can be a stressful experience. We deliver empathetic and client-centred care with the key aim to guide you back to the activities you enjoy. Throughout the process you can expect to have your condition and treatment options explained to you, including the potential benefits and where appropriate, risks.
We will keep the GP who is completing the certificate of capacity, insurer and all relevant parties up to date with all relevant information to remove the burden on you.
Cost
There is no out of pocket cost to yourself, all billing is done directly through your employers insurer.
